L.A.
I took a picture of this because I thought it looked cool, then found out that the L.A. Office was to the left of it.
The photo of the mountain is Mt. Rainier at sunrise, taken from my plane window at around 6a.m.
Lastly, a photo of yours truly pumped to be sporting her shades.
It was truly beautiful weather for my 3 day stay.
I had such an amazing experience while I was there. I got to meet the NW Hub team and learned what the concept "work hard play hard" truly meant. I got to see Will Roger Park and the beautiful ocean. I toured the expo project we have going on and met some great people. The food at Cafe Pinot and Wokcano were superb. I was also able to meet up with my friend Ryan Brady who sang at our wedding. He looked great and was doing very well. While waiting for my flight home I happen to run into the President of the entire US division and some other important guys and was able to have a drink with them.
I felt a little teary eyed when I had to part.

It Happened So Quickly...
I had a fairly nice day today. Got some stuff done in the house that needed to be done, but in a leisurely manner so as not to over exhaust my mind. Ryan had been working diligently with the tractor on the retaining wall all day today. When discussing dinner he had suggested steak, well I figured he deserved it for all his hard work. I suite up and headed out to our local Freddy's. I realized that we probably didn't have anything to watch tonight and so decided to make a detour to Blockbuster. After all, I did have a coupon to buy one get one to validate my trip. After spending way too long walking up and down the aisles I chose Tangled and Morning Glory. I was interested in seeing these movies but was uncertain if Ryan was interested, hence my reluctance. This couple beats me in line, of course after they dilly dally in the candy aisle and confuse me as to whether they are in line or not. Then they proceed to somehow suck the check out gal into the Bermuda Triangle of deals on candy. Patiently I wait, even though I observe the other cashier discussing their entire personal life with what must be a buddy exiting the store. FINALLY, the person looks at me and says, "are you ready?". I smile yes but in my head I am thinking, "Gee, I don't know, doesn't me standing in line holding two movies indicate that?!" The cashier then begins to lecture me on how my coupon shouldn't work. Which I replied, yes the last cashier said that as well but then the manager ok'd it. I was getting irritated. The cashier then pointed out that regardless it was expired. At this point I just smiled and told them to keep the movies and left. On the way to Fredmeyers I had my parking spot snatched out from under me. Once in the store I desperately searched for my favorite mixed salad bag but found none. Then I heard a very loud beeping and barely noticed the old blue head backing her wheel chair, literally, into my feet. I took a step back and barely missed her. Still without noticing my existence she stops her wheel chair directly in front of me. Even if I did find my bag of salad I couldn't grab it. I decided at this point it was the principle and so I stood there waiting to see how long till she noticed me. One minute goes by and she slowly turns her head forward. I see out of the corner of her eye that she sees me. She does nothing other than drive off. She probably thought I was some rude youngster who had no concept of personal space. Ryan wanted a 12 pack of Blue Boar which proceeded to rip and fall out of my hands, causing my right wrist to get messed up. *For those of you who don't know I just got my left wrist back into working order* Then, oh so conveniently, the guy who checks Id's at the self check out lane mysteriously disappeared. I looked and looked and then just waited. Thankfully he was running and was kind or so help me, I don't know what I would have done. Luckily I came home to the most adorable man in bibs who wanted nothing more then to make me smile. I'm feeling much better.

Our Lil Tractor
I haven't seen him this happy in a long time. He just loves to go out and tinker with that thing and push dirt around the "yard".
He is looking to name this quaint machine, so if you have any suggestions, please comment.
I personally feel like she's a little gal, but we aren't gender specific yet.
Pretty sure our neighbors do not know what to think of us. I have had many people ask us why we need a tractor because they know the size of our yard.
This just goes to show you, you can take the boy out of the country, but you can't take Idaho out of the boy.
Goodbye Boots!
