Binx's Beverage of Choice
I was a bit concerned when I found my cat becoming interested in the toilet after 14 years. Ryan noticed it first. When he would go to flush she would jump up on the seat and try to attack the vanishing water. She was so bold as to not even wait for me to vacate the seat, apparently we are that close. After her version of cat and mouse with whatever delightful creation was in the toilet she would drink deeply from "the fountain of youth". And I do mean deeply. It's like she'd been in the desert and this was the first water she'd had in days. I suppose it's the fresh supply of water that wets her fancy. I rinse her water dish out every other day and refill it, empty or not. Often I find chunks of food, some mystery particles, and clumps of her own hair. I think it is her way of telling me to change out the water or keep the toilet lid open. We are in a bit of a stand still.
What worries me the most though, is when I am woken up in the middle of the night to damp, cool kitty paws on my face and pillow...
Ryan Spreads His Seed
Ryan loves to spread his seed. I've asked him to please keep it to our yard as I'm positive our neighbors do not want to find his seed in their yard. Talk about awkward. I have to admit the boy has a real talent. Not only is he quick at what he does but he is efficient as well. Some men are good at pruning their bush or handling their wood but Ryan has a skill for spreading his seed... everywhere. Not only does it feel good but the end result is rather fruitful. It's rewarding to see his seed start to grow and mature into a luscious and robust lawn.

Landscaping
This last month has been a pretty big one as far as working on the yard goes. Ry built a retaining wall and bought a tractor as well as broke his trailer. Yesterday we transplanted 14 bushes from our neighbors yard, with their permission of course. Today Ryan seeded the lawn and hopefully in a month we should have grass. There is still so much to do, but this is pretty exciting so far.
On other news, Ryan gave me his cold... Not excited about that one
